01/03/2009 165 I;m still tired, sinus infection, poor elimination-took a herbal tea that was not effective and my elimination took a nose dive)

It only takes one hour!!! I walked 4 miles inside the house.
Note: I neglected to monitor what I ate for the past 3 days-and ate whatever I wanted in order to feel just a little better.

I determine to get over discouragement about and just WALK AT HOME and just keep doing it and paying attention to portion sizes and type of food.

1/20/2009 LOTS OF STRESS..DISCOURAGEMENT...FEELING LIKE I WON'T SUCCEED. HELP!

1/25/2009 have felt discouraged. prayed. sought reconciliation .

1/25/2009 weight this morning 163.5 oh, well.
1/25/2009 walked 4 miles this evening -will see what tomorrow brings.
2/7/2009 walked 4 miles
am challenging myself-to 60 min of walking per day for the next 5 days.
to eat 2 apples per day
10 -8 oz cups of water per day
lean protein 5 times per day along with complex carbs
put my life in His hands..ask Him to carry me.

Going back to work-
happy at work-
trying out the local gym and working out-
lost 2.5 more lbs this past 4 days.

Thanks again for the link to walkathome.com, I checked it out this morning and following a link wound up on another site called real age. There I was able to try a short walking video by Leslie Sansone, I did it twice with dumbells, and it was a great workout and I felt so energized afterwards!
