My Program:
Drink @ least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day!

Eat smaller portions

Eat more fruits and veggies

Exercise @ least 90 minutes a day/3 -5 times per week



Personal Information:
I have been dealing with high blood pressure for over 20 years now. In early 2010, I was diagnosed with diabetes and than with kidney disease.

I had no choice but to find a diet program that will help me to get a much better health. And hopeful to stop taking some many meds.

Other Information:
First and foremost, always put God first
