    Just read your sparkpage.

    1. We have family in Seattle...beautiful part of the country.

    2. I highly recommend T-Tapp for exercise if you have Fibro or other such issues (I do not but have friends that do). T-Tapp pumps your lymphatic system and benefits you in lots of ways.

    3. Have a friend who moved to Green Valley AZ a few yrs ago. She loves it there.

    thanks for the pincurl comments. I relearned how to do it from a tutorial on the internet of all things...about Retro makeup (not interested) and the hair. I have worn mine both finger combed and brushed out. I sometimes have large, fluffy banana type curls even!!! I never am sure exactly what I will get...but I am getting better with practice.

    RE: Chemicals sensitivities...my youngest daughter was deathly ill with them as we tried to figure out what was wrong. Seemed fine one day and would be vomiting and in pain the next...it was so bizarre. In the last ten yrs, we have learned a lot (though certainly not all) of the triggers, ways to cope and ways to find out what to do to protect her. She is doing MUCH better these days...I really feared for her life a few times.

    What gets me is the folks who have all the symptoms of chemical issues but won't acknowledge that may be the source of their problems.

    Chemical sensitivities are an invisible handicap for sure...and one many people just WILL not understand.

    Thanks for the blog comment and you betcha'!

    Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
    Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
