My Goals:
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to feel stronger, healthier, and more energetic.

My Program:
I am alternating cardio and strength-training with just one day of rest a week. I am eating 1300-1600 calories per day, and trying to reverse my carb to protein ratio to healthier percentages.

Personal Information:
I'm a health professional, divorced after 20 years of marriage, with two teenage children. I live in Orange County, California but grew up in the Midwest.

Other Information:
I am hoping to avoid the health problems my parents had- heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. I want quality of life, not just length of life!
