At the end of January 2008, I deceided I MUST get back on track, I began eating healty and joined a gym. I am determined to get back on track, drop this extra weight and live a long healthy life, so I can be around to dance at my granddaughters wedding. So far, I am down almost forty pounds, 39 inches, and four sizes, my goal is to get down to 140 or to fit into a size 6-presently I am in an 8. I workout at least five but usally six days a week and try to find something active to do on the other days.

My Program:
I am working out five to six times a week-I have a Curves membership and use my own weights at home three times a week.
Personal Information:
I am a special ed teacher in South Kingstown RI and work with severely disabled students-have been doing this for over 25 years and still love my job.
Other Information:
"There are only 2 kind of people in the world: Those who think they can, and those who think they can't. Both Are Right."
