And after gaining 30+ lbs in grad school and while dealing with some family struggles, I need to be back here more than ever. I am excited to get myself re-immersed in the supportive SparkPeopl community.

My Program:
Working on building consistency by doing 20 minute cardio workouts, and then using any additional time I have to life weights. OR I can go to group fitness classes at the CRC. All of these workouts must be planned in advance. I will plan my workouts for the week on Sunday, and I will treat them like unmovable meetings.
Developing meal plans for the week on Sundays, and doing grocery shopping for the week. I must carry snacks and lunch for the day with me. Failing to plan is planning to fail and all that.
Water, water, water! Until my eyeballs are floating!
Must make my health a priority, that means getting my homework done on time or early so that last-second work doesn't interfere with my workouts. Also, I will say NO to additional demands on my time (I am not obligated to take on any more responsibilities because of guilt trips from others).
