I am a married 38 year old woman, who exercises regularly, but loves food. Recently I have reached goal weight, but have to pretend on here that I want to loose one pound by Dec. 2011 in order to continue to update my spark page. *grumble*

Resolutions with the New Year, 2011
1. Continue exercising about 45 minutes per day about 5 to 7 days a week
2. Continue to count calories on sparkpeople daily to maintain my weight. (I love food that is my real problem.)

Resolutions with the New Year, 2011
1. Continue exercising about 45 minutes per day about 5 to 7 days a week
2. Continue to count calories on sparkpeople daily to maintain my weight. (I love food that is my real problem.)
3. Practice piano at least 30 minutes 1 time week and 15 minutes 2 times a week for an average of 60 minutes a week.
4. Continue to do regular strength training videos/exercises of about 10 minutes per day or about 45 minutes per week.
5. Try to go to bed by 11:30 PM every night.

I would like to become a healthier person which includes taking some weight off and reducing my cholesterol and delaying when I get diabetes, as I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my son.

My Program:
I am trying to increase my exercise by walking further and faster, by increasing my biking range, etc.

Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin and have a husband and one son.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading, cooking and church related activities.

Thank you for your much appreciated sharing on my recent blog.

For rings that we cannot get resized --- NellJones left this idea, that I thought worthy of tucking away for use when one needs it. "I had to have little gold balls put on the inside of a couple of rings to keep them from spinning on my finger."
