I can do this!

I am still getting through this! I always seem to get going really well and am making progress on my goals when something happens to really throw me off. A year ago, it was summer (the gym wasn't air conditioned and I became chronically lazy). Summer turned into fall, then winter, then spring, then... summer again, and I realized I had gained 10 pounds in a year. Oops. So here I am, back in this for (hopefully) the long haul. So far so good, I have lost those spare 10 pounds that wanted ...

My Goals:
I'm trying to get into the best shape of my life: lower my body fat percent, lose body fat, build up muscle, eat healthy, etc.

My Program:
I don't have a routine together yet. I play soccer 3 times a week, use cardio machines for 30-45 minutes 3 times a week, and lift weights a couple times a week (still working out that part of my routine).

I am from Portland, OR,
went to college in Bozeman, MT, and now am working and living in Silverdale, WA.

Thanks for adding me to your friends list!!! We're on several of the same teams! It's difficult to find women our age that enjoy lifting weights! DOn't worry that your weight has slowed down. It's so much better to lose the inches and fat versus weight. The more you weigh, the higher your BMR, the higher the BMR, the more you can eat!!! I love that!
