Thanks for adding me to your friends list!!! We're on several of the same teams! It's difficult to find women our age that enjoy lifting weights! DOn't worry that your weight has slowed down. It's so much better to lose the inches and fat versus weight. The more you weigh, the higher your BMR, the higher the BMR, the more you can eat!!! I love that!
