Restarting 2015 I am taking part in the 2015 Fall 5% Challenge, the goal is to lose 5% of my current weight - so 11 lbs in 8 weeks. This is my plan FOOD: My diet plan is to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, and count my calories. Everything in moderation. EXERCISE: My plan for the start is to walk at least 30 minutes per day. What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout? -Just move! You won''t regret it! DD needs a healthy mommy! Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie? -Do I really need that? SUPPORT: I will work to support my team, commenting in as many forum posts as I can, and visiting sparkpages to help motivate my team.
