EXERCISE:
My plan for the start is to walk at least 30 minutes per day with DD in her stroller. I have been doing this off and on, but want to gain consistency with ...

FOOD:

EXERCISE:
My plan for the start is to walk at least 30 minutes per day with DD in her stroller. I have been doing this off and on, but want to gain consistency with this.

MOTIVATION:
What can you tell yourself every morning that will give you a sense of purpose for your day?
-Another day, another chance to be awesome and get healthy.

What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout?
-Just move! You won't regret it! DD needs a healthy mommy!

Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie?
-Do I really need that?

SUPPORT: I will work to support my team, commenting in as many forum posts as I can, and visiting sparkpages to help motivate my team.

That taco pizza is a regular at my house. Adults and kids love it!

Thank you for your kind comments. I do hope to encourage everyone. I have found so much encouragement through the Spark Community. We are a little belated on celebrating our anniversary. We had unexpected company plus we were practicing for the 5k we did last Saturday. So there was a crimp in a time slot for us. We are doing something this week to celebrate. It will be low key this year. We want to do something fun and relaxing. Thank you again. Good luck this week. We can do this! Go Cats! emoticon
