Restarting Spring 2013 I am taking part in the 2013 Spring Into Summer 5% Challenge, the goal is to lose 5% of my current weight - so 11 lbs in 8 weeks. This is my plan FOOD: My diet plan is to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, and count my calories. Everything in moderation. I have been doing this off and on, but want to gain consistency with this. I will add other activities as the time goes on. MOTIVATION: What can you tell yourself every morning that will give you a sense of purpose for your day? -Another day, another chance to be awesome. What can you tell yourself when you are thinking of skipping a walk or a workout? -Just move! You won't regret it! Is there something you can tell yourself when you are reaching for that second helping or that cookie? -Do I really need that? SUPPORT: I will work to support my team, commenting in as many forum posts as I can, and visiting sparkpages to help motivate my team.
