Thanks for the blog comment! In response to your question on how I knew I'd reach my goal, the simple answer is I have one ULTIMATE goal but I've divided getting there into sections. So, my first goal was to reach a loss of 15 pounds in 90 days... which I've met! Next, Im giving myself a second goal of 10 pounds and working from there. It can be intimidating when you have a large amount of weight to lose and it almost seems impossible to get there. So breaking up your ultimate weight loss goal into smaller goals helps make it less intimidating and more attainable!
Good Luck! You'll get there, just be consistent and know that you'll have good days AND bad days. Just pick yourself up again!
