So happy to be healthy!!!

I started my program early January and joined spark people two weeks after I began. I was always tired, under an incredible amount of stress and felt ugly. I was over feeling terrible and ready to take charge of my choices. I needed a change. My first big change was buying a Juice Man juicer. I love it!! I was over feeling terrible and ready to take charge of my choices. I needed a change. My first big change was buying a Juice Man juicer. I love it!! I try to juice everyday and found that my body craves fruits and veggies now. My second change was becoming a pescotarian. I gave up beef, pork and chicken. I still eat eggs and fish. I never thought I could give up meat...I love cheeseburgers!! But taking one day at a time made it easy and now it has been 10 months. I have felt amazing after making these changes. I have more energy and my body just works better.

So far I have lost 40 pounds and feel sooo much better physically, mentally and spiritually. Still working on my goal weight but I am on my way.

My Goals:
*workout 5 times this week
*drink lots of water
*take time to reflex
*juice everyday
*get enough protein

My Program:
I became a pescotarian (giving up beef, pork and chicken...but still eating fish and eggs). I started juicing fruits and veggies. I try to juice once a day and get in about 5 f/v a day. My 'go to' juice is: a bunch of kale, a lemon, 2 apples, 6-8 carrots. I found that giving up meat makes it very hard to eat fast food and not having a lot of options caused me to think ahead and make at home.
I also am trying to do cardio 4-5 times a week.

Other Information:
Diamonds are made under pressure :-)
