Hi, I'm Skinnyzanne. Actually, I'm Suzanne - but in the process of becoming Skinnyzanne! I'm forty-somthing and thirty-something overweight. I have suffered from sleep deprivation (undiagnosed sleep apnea) for years and am FINALLY on the track to getting a good night's sleep again. As my energy returns it's time to get moving and get this weight off. It's been a long downward spiral but I'm ready to take the stairs - UP this time!

My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds and firm up the pounds that are left.

I want to feel healthy and strong instead of tired, depressed, stressed, and weak.

I want to look in the mirror and smile.

I want to shop for clothes that are cute - and not just the ones that cover my fat belly.

I want to wear shoes that are cute and not just the sneakers that support my extra weight.

I want to be able to go up stairs without pain in my knees.

I want to learn to enjoy cooking and eating healthy food.

I want to wear a swim suit without a cover up next summer.

I want a tan.



My Program:
I already gave up fast food and soda. Now I am going to concentrate on eating more fresh produce and cooking healthy meals. I am using T-Tapp BWO+, yoga, and walking - plus an occasional bounce on the kid's trampoline.

Personal Information:
I'm a homeschool mom with two teenage boys. I have learned that if you eat the same thing your growing boys eat - you will grow, too! DUH! Only I'm not getting any taller!
