I want to not only lose weight but get healthy. I want to feel good about myself when I look in a mirror and go out in public instead of feeling ashamed and embarrassed.
Working out at least 5 times a week that includes strength training 3 times a week and cardio 5 times a week. Following the meal plans as closely as possible. Taking it day by day and NOT getting discouraged when the scale doesn't move.
