I experienced my first marathon on March 17, 2013 - The Shamrock Marathon. I've been chasing the marathon dream for three years and I did it.

In January 2008 I set out to lose 100 pounds. I started January 2008 and reached the 100-pound lost on April 28, 2011. My overall health has improved and my fitness level has increased. My main focus now is my running, comtemplating starting training for a full marathon and toning up the new, lighter body. I have always dreamed of the six pack abs and want to work on toning the arms up a bit too.

SP has been a life changing experience and I am happy to make SPARK a part of my daily life - EVERY DAY, now and forever.

I want to inspire my family and others to lose weight and get fit and healthy.

My Goals:
Most important: I want to inspire my family and others to lose weight and get healthy.

Want to successfully maintain my 105 pound loss and knock off about 10 more pounds.

Ran my second 1/2 marathon on Nov. 2012. Full marathon in March 2013.




My Program:
1200-1550 calories daily
Exercise every day
Cardio 4 x week
Run 15-20 miles per week
Strength training 3 x week

Currently training on an 18-week Marathon training plan for my upcoming run in March 2013.
