My Goals:
Be a good example for my family. Run a mile. Run 5 miles. Run a half marathon. Be 160 pounds or less by November 24, 2012. Be 200 pounds or less by July 2, 2012. Track all food and exercise for a month straight. Go 21 days without going over my daily calorie goals.(1200-1500)
My Program:
I have been trying to stick to my allotted calories of 1200 - 1500 a day. I am slowly increasing my physical activity. My goal is just to do some sort of exercise every single day. Mostly I walk, but plan to run soon!
