My Goals:
Be a good example for my family.
Run a mile.
Run 5 miles.
Run a half marathon.
Be 160 pounds or less by November 24, 2012.
Be 200 pounds or less by July 2, 2012.
Track all food and exercise for a month straight.
Go 21 days without going over my daily calorie goals.(1200-1500)

My Program:
I have been trying to stick to my allotted calories of 1200 - 1500 a day.
I am slowly increasing my physical activity.
My goal is just to do some sort of exercise every single day. Mostly I walk, but plan to run soon!

that's okay! I haven't been online too much the past few days. Going through some family stuff and just needed a bit of an internet break. :) The past couple of days I strayed from my diet a few times, but overall, seem to be doing okay. I have not lost or gained any weight. I'm about to go scour the Simple Diet team forum for tips on what I can do to change the fact that I'm not losing. and I guess those little nibbles here and there are really affecting me.

It sounds like you're doing well, I just read your Day 6 blog. I love fruit too, and my kids eat it like it's going out of style. I've taken to buying frozen fruit to use in smoothies so that the fresh stuff lasts longer.

Oh hey Milessa! This shows how little I've been checking in, I just saw your comment! Yes I'd love to have an accountability buddy! And boy do I need it. Had a bad 10 days or so. Just been all over the map. Some days eating way under my allotment - others going crazy and just overeating. Yuck! So here I am restarting the 21 day commitment. So sad that I keep falling off track. I do love that you blog almost everyday and that you make time for exercise. You are so inspiring. I too have lots of 'tastes' here or there. They can be just enough to get me over the craving or...lead to lots of junk. Like yesterday. I tasted a bite of chocolate glazed donut, then ate the whole thing, then a granola bar, a poptart, spaghetti, it was awful. Anyways back at it today! Here's to a 21 day commitment!!!! Good luck on Simple Diet. You are doing great!

I love your 21 day idea, I always have difficulty staying on track too. Life is so tempting! emoticon I'm really trying to stay on the simple diet for at least a full month without cheating so I can see how it works. I don't think a week or two is really long enough on any one plan to see how your body really reacts. The simple diet is easy, but restrictive, at least for me. I'm still working on looking into recipes and stuff to add some variety. I'm not the best cook or very creative in the kitchen so it doesn't come as easy for me lol!

If you're interested I'd love to be an accountability buddy for you as you try to stick to your 21 day plan!
