My challenge is that I know what I need to do to get me fit and healthy, it's keeping it up that's the challenge. I don't have a huge amount of weight to shift, but I'm feeling unhealthy and soft round the middle :)

My Goals:
Reach target weight - 110lbs
Get toned
Increase fitness
Learn to surf
Walk on the beach lots
Keep it up!!!


My Program:
High Protein, low carb & healthy fats
1 Cheat day per week
Plenty of water & green tea

Cardio:
HIIT x 15 minutes daily
1 x 45 mins per week long cardio

Strength:
Whole body circuits x 3 per week

Beach walks
Surfing


Personal Information:
I'm Ria, living the beach life...okay, in the UK so the weather could be better!

I know what I need to do to get there, just need to get started...again, stay motivated...again

I know I can do it.
