I wonder if Spark Coach will help me I need to try it. If I were to see myself doing something it would be jogging . I can barely make it 50 ft without stopping and walking.my daughter jogs and she keeps asking me to try a 5k with her and I feel bad but I know I need to build up and I hate the cold so I can't go out and I can't run on a treadmill I can't keep my balance . Arthritis is painful from what I understand. They say swimming is a good exercise for it. emoticon

Hi sorry about not getting back to you before now. It's been crazy around here! What with cooking for Thanksgiving and then I work at a bank as a teller so I worked from 8-6 on Friday then yesterday I worked in the morning then I went shopping and out to eat! How are you doing with the coaching it sounds interesting and helpful I may need to try it, I do kinda feel like I'm just floating out here. Do you work? What exercise do you do? I love Leslie Sansone she isn't so hard core that you feel like your going to die lol.

I know exactly what you mean about Weight Watchers I never really connect with anyone there either. I'm trying to join a few different teams on here to help keep me motivated. My husband isn't very motivational he just tells me he loves me the way I am, which is so sweet but not very helpful lol. Sounds like the Sparks coach might work well to. Do you talk to them each day or how does it work?
