Anything you want to work on for the month, it doesn't have to be big and spectacular. Just some things that are important to you, that you want to work on. It's all about YOU! 17 day diet is diffrent cycles of the diet it changes every 17 days , you can get the book which helps alot or look up 17 day diet..you eat plenty of yummy and healthy foods turky burgers chilli soup supper salads fruits yogurt cottage cheese all kinds of foods you feel your body changing your skin getts softer...oh and the power cookie yummy and fills u up....i love this diet the first week isnt fun but its worth it..my moms doctor told her shes doing great and i think my moms going to be around longer thanks to GOD and this diet... 2006 days ago
