Hi Annie! To answer your questions: According to the BLCís definition of ďat goalĒ Iím at goal, but in my mind Iím not because Iíd like to put on a few more pounds of muscle. I eat Paleo, but Iím also a big fan of raw foods (since cooking reduces nutritional content) so I try to cook/bake as little as possible. Instead I eat lots of salads and make good use of my dehydrator! I pretty much only cook soup and chicken, and sometimes I roast vegetables if Iím in the mood. I donít count calories or anything like that-I just eat when Iím hungry and stop when Iím full. My goals for this BLC are to put on some more muscle, continue with Crossfit and Paleo, and get to know some more like-minded people!

Hi!

Crossfit is ambitious. I am addicted to KAIA FIT which is popular on the West Coast. It is all-girls, very supportive and the workouts change every day. I have grown strong & have so much more endurance. Every 3 months we do a BRIK which is very intensive - I am getting ready to start my 4th BRIK.

I am hoping this team will help me take my fitness to the next level - I am ready to finish my last few inches / pounds.

I just came across your page and wanted to say you are amazing! Crossfit is one hard sport! I have recently joined a gym that includes some of the moves from crossfit and I am having a hard time with motivation to keep at it. I am the largest in the class (230lbs) and often last to finish anything we do lol. emoticon
