Confidence, Enjoyment, Health

I recently had a doctor's appointment and weighed in at 198 - I couldn't believe it. Yikes - Time to make some changes! I'm 28 and want to hit 30 with a smile on my face. I feel sluggish and not like myself. It's time to make a change and I'm excited to join such a great community!

Way to go. You'll have to let me know what team you are on when they are assigned. Its fun, encouraging and a little work, but definitely worth it

That really is a great idea. I did something like that our first few months in country. :) I learned a lot, including the correct prices for things in the market. I still miss many stateside foods though... like sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, georgia peaches, vidalia onions, honeydew melon, cranberries, dried dates, good dairy, wholegrain crackers, pumpkins, kale, baby spinach, blueberries, turnip greens, sugar snap peas, ...and that's only PART of my list, lol.
