Fourty years ago I joined a weight loss group at 138 pounds and never saw that weight again. I topped 215 pounds at Christmas time and now am 3 weeks into SparkPeople and down to 209. I am going to lose 100 pounds and reclaim my health and relieve my joints of all this extra fat.I will do this one minute at a time with the grace of God. Amen.
