Funny - when I did 2 workouts in one day - I did Kenpo first because it is so fun... and then did Legs/Back/Abs... I checked my log and realized that I did Legs/Back/Abs today and burned almost 200+ cals more today - I really wasn't able to 'Bring It!' after Kenpo last wknd! It's better to stay on track for SURE!

I am not following the nutritional plan - actually am borrowing the DVDs from a friend... I am just using my Spark Nutritional Tracker and staying within my ranges! Hoping to go a bit more low carb/higher protein next week and we'll see if that helps out?

Hey there - thanks for the add and comment on my blog! How did your attempt at TWO P90X workouts go? I did that last week (because I was lazy one day and wanted an 'extra' rest day - wow - I did it... but I don't know that I will put a workout off again anytime soon? LOL!
