My Goals:
I achieve a healthy weight. I want to reduce my BMI so I can eventually have a child. But I really want to get up in the morning, fully of energy, throw on a pair of jeans a T-shirt and feel happy in my own skin!

Personal Information:
I'm a girl hanging onto her 30's (just!) from Dublin Ireland. I'm married to an amazing man who adores me for me and can see the real Doll struggling to get out! I grew up in Australia, went to Uni in London and have travelled around the world. I want to live my life fully again and my weight is holding me back.
