Hi, thanks for being so happy for me! I hope we can meet someday. I have only lost 8.5 pounds since January but I have had to buy all new clothes. I get frustrated with the scale but seeing changes in my body is more important. I have always liked to do weights and toning. I do a DVD called Jackie Werner One on One Training with Jackie. It has 3 different 20 minute workouts with each focusing on a different body part, for example, upper body, lower body, and abs. I have a knee issue right now too so I dont do the lower body but the upper body and abs are really good! My wedding dress is strapless and I really wanted my arms to look toned. I have noticed a huge difference in my arms. The ab workout is really unique too. She pushes you hard but its not a long workout. I have always been a fan of The Firm workouts and I have some Jillian Micheals too. If you add weight lifting at least 3 times a week I am sure you will see some changes in your shape.
Today there are 59 days until my wedding so I need to stay focused so that I can wear those bikinis with confidence!
