emoticon to the Paleo team. I am revamping the nutritional side of things myself over the weekend. I have the exercise part down, but my eating is not on point yet.

I am tracking on SP, I have to in order to keep up with my calories vs exercise, I sometimes find myself not eating enough. Do whatever works for you.

Thanks for reading my blog. You are so right, running in pain doesn't make sense. It really isn't about running but of challenging yourself and pushing yourself a little out of your comfort zone no matter what activity you choose. Not everybody likes running. My sister swims. Me? I'm a wimp about getting my hair wet. But I actually got up early this Sat. a.m. and went to adult swimming lessons because that is my next challenge! Best wishes to you in all your efforts.
