I gained 50 pounds from August 2011 to April 2012, and stayed at 165 pounds from April 2012 to December 2012. Weight Watchers didn't work for me in 2012. I was with the program for 4 months and I ended at 165 pounds, after losing 2 pounds the first week on the program (I gained those 2 pounds back).

In January 2013 I decided to cut back on the eating. I ate only dinner and snacks til the beginning of April. And I lost 35 pounds. I was at 130 pounds.

From April til now I have started eating breakfast and lunch as well again and have gained 8 pounds. I am now 138.

A week ago I found my Weight Watchers stuff and am trying to "do it again" but for free this time around. The first week isn't over yet, but I'm weary that it just won't work. I don't want to have to eat 1 meal per day again if it doesn't, so I joined this site.

My goal weight is 118 pounds. I'll be happy if I get to 125 or 120 though.

Sparks says I should lose this by close to the end of July. July 20th I think....???

But I do not exercise. Gym memberships are too expensive. Free things I can do like yoga just relaxes me and puts me to sleep. Walking does nothing for me to lose weight and neither do bikes. Don't get me started on the Wii resort/sports games not doing much for me too. So We'll see how this spark thing works....

118 pounds here I come. 20 pounds exactly to go!
