I am a vegan and my weight loss is # 1 priority but my kids still come first. I have had problems with my weight all my life now it is even harder to lose it. I have a great support system and a great plan. keep motivated is the key to my success.

My Goals:
my goals are to reach my weight loss by oct or sept of nxt year and be able to keep it off. We have diabetes that runs on both sides of my family and me and my family need to make the difference
My Program:
I walk a mile 3 times a week and strength train 4 times a week. Trying to eat healthier is my main goal, meditating and doing yoga are also in my weight loss plan and eliminating stress.

My name is shannon spangler I live in va I have two kids and a fiance of 6yrs. I go to school online and am working on my bachelor's in the human service administration department. One day I want to be able to help others but to do that I have to stay healthy.
Other Information:
I try to meditate and do yoga when I can, I read but only when I have time, my kids are my courage, strength, and my mind set to lose weight. We as parents have to set healthy examples for our nxt generation to eat right and stay well.
