HI!!my name is RITA!! You sound like me I was 35 or so when I had congestive heart failure and was told to lose weight or I'd die. When I got home from the Hospital and after sleeping for 12 hrs. straight I got up and filled 3 grocery bags to the top with junk ( candy, popcorn, chips, pretzels, and regular soda) I gave it all away. I haven't looked back once I sometimes will drink a diet soda but, not the 5-6 that I used too!!!! The monkey's are off my back and I don't want them back ever. I deal with COPD from it and later developed diabetes. Maybe at some later time I'll tell you the rest of my story as to why I totally believe in GOD AND JESUS CHRIST THEY WERE MY SAVIOR'S MANY TIMES OVER. AMEN 343 days ago
