Thanks for the positive comment on my first walk. Since then, I've not been able to walk because of an upslip in my hip and plantar fasciitis. This really discouraged me to say the least. I'm allowed to do 5 minute walks at a slower pace, so I'm using my treadmill for that. My physiotherapist said after about a month I should be able to start walking again.
So, how did your walk to work go? Be patient with yourself and do what you can, then say aloud in a proud voice "I DID IT! GOOD FOR ME!" I know it can be disheartening when you want to do something and can't, but patience, my dear, patience. Now, if I could only remember that for myself!

Wendy, you WILL succeed in your goal of better health! Your attitude is one of determination and gentleness to yourself. With that combination, you will be triumphant. Just cheking how things are on day 8. We were both doing good on day 2. I think that i do good until I have to do something with a group. Like work party with food. UGGGH. Have you gotten the My Fitness Coach for wii? Its the best. 2695 days ago
