My Goals:
look like Kelly Brook. BMI of 21.1-22.6 Body fat 22% 138 lbs or less with 108 lbs of lean body mass and between 28 and 30 Lbs of fat, get pregnant, eat lots of fruits and veggies, exercise 6 x a week strength train 4x per week
My Program:
Try to eat 1200 cals a day...No more than 1500 calories a day , cardio 4 times a week (step aerobics) interval training 2x per week and weight training 4x a week
