No Excuses--take no prisoners!

There are many reasons why I haven't reached my weight loss goals, but from now on I'm making sure that nothing gets in my way. I may have to get tough with the people in my life to do this: "you're overdoing it on the treadmill," "just one piece of cake won't hurt," "you can diet tomorrow.".... we've all heard those excuses--watch me deal with it and reach my goals.

WOW! you've had bilateral broken ankles and then rebroke one? OMG. No. I will not ask. But I will say THANK you for reading my "cast" blog. I cannot even imagine having both ankles broken at the same time...one was bad enough. Yikes!
