2013 Update: Just had my 3rd baby on 10/6/13! Gained about 30lbs - which is way better then my previous pregnancies and gaining about 70+lbs each time! Time to get back on track! My 1st goal is to lose 10lbs by new years. I want to lose a total of 50lbs before 2014 is over!
*2013 Goals* Although I've met all my goals for 2012 and lost a total of 65lbs, I slacked off during the holiday season and didn't lose a single pound! I didn't gain - but for 2013 it's time to get back into weight loss mode and lose the last 30!
*2012 GOALS COMPLETED* - Run a mile without keeling over - Make better food choices overall - Fit into my wedding bands by the time hubby gets out of bootcamp (late September). . - Fit into size 12s jeans by Christmas (down from size 22/24)
My current program while pregnant is to exercise 3x/week and to continue a healthy eating regimen without extreme calorie restrictions. Although gaining the recommended/healthy weight, being mindful of my choices - while indulging occasionally in my pregnancy cravings :)
