Update for March 2013

Living a healthy, balanced lifestyle and maintaining my ideal weight is my current aspiration. I quit smoking for good in February 2012 and I've never looked back. I'm a new woman! I put it off for years for fear of gaining tonnes of weight. That didn't happen! For anyone thinking of quitting smoking please don't fear weight gain like I did. Once you are mindful of what you are doing and don’t substitute cigarettes with food, you won’t gain much weight. Any weight gained can be easily lost! PM me if you want to find out how I quit.

Every week I'm aiming to try new recipes, taste different foods and become more active. I love to cook and I want eating healthy to be fun. Feel free to add me as a friend or PM me any time!
