Healthy for me and my kids
I'm a mother of two and have slowly let myself go. Too much eating on the go or forgetting to eat more than one meal a day. Plus lots of time at home with the kids doing house work or cooking for everybody. I have a wonderful husband who loves me.....all of me..lol. My family is my best support but unfortunately they can be my biggest speed bump too. My mother in law started me on this and it's great.

Personal Information:
Well I can't really say I'm from anywhere. I was born in Los Angeles but moved from there when I was 5. I've lived in CA, NV, OR, WA, SD, ID, ect. So as you can see there's a lot of places that I called home at one time or another. The best part of this? I adapt easily. It's easy for me to pick up an accent, a habit, or (here's the good one) a lifestyle change like this one. The hardest part is getting my family to be happy about the change with me lol. Eating healthy to them is like telling them to take a shot in the butt everyday. But we'll get through it and be the better for it in the end.
Other Information:
I love to read and I love music. I'm not big into TV of any kind. I would prefer to be hiking in the forests of Oregon with my dogs than anywhere. My fondest memories are of hiking all over the Oregon wilderness by myself. It's beautiful.
