hey there! thanks for stopping by my page ^o^ hmm--something i found recently on the website that would've been useful earlier is the calorie differential reports (under your "reports" tab); it shows the difference between what you've taken in and what you've burned that day/week/month. as for some tips that helped me through: having faith in me, being patient (i keep reminding myself that i don't have to get where i want to be tmr lol), and researching nutrition and fitness to sort out all the myths i'd picked up along the way.
