I have been on here in waves... completely devoted for a while... gone for months and months... devoted again... gone again.

I commited again to getting back "on the wagon" (ha ha) in late January 2008 after my niece Amber announced that she was engaged to be married. I am going to be her matron of honor... and I DO NOT want to be fat in her photos.

I have found yet another HUGE spritzer of motivation by going to the Biggest Loser casting call on 3/8/08 where I met ...

I have found yet another HUGE spritzer of motivation by going to the Biggest Loser casting call on 3/8/08 where I met some WONDERFUL new friends who I just KNOW are going to become an incredible support network ... and soon none of us will feel we even need the show!! :)

Eating Healthy foods (shooting for between 1200 and 1500 calories a day) and exercising regularly (goal of 3 - 5x/wk)

Personal Information:
I live in Tracy, CA and am 32 years old. I am married with four stepchildren ages 17, 13, 8, and 6. Needless to say... I have a busy busy life, and having a husband and four children has completely changed my ability to focus on my own health needs. Finding time to exercise is a chore, but I am making it work.

Other Information:
Hobbies: NASCAR (Tony Stewart), Reading, Music, Singing, Cross-Stitch, Watching Movies, and I am a reality TV junkie.

Hi. I'm also new to 100+ but joined SP on 7/30. That date will stick in my mind because that's when I made one of the best decisions of my life. I like this team especially because you don't have to worry about being the "heavy weight"! I like your short-term goals, and your rotating food plan is unique. With your "instant" family, it must be hard to take some "ME" time, but you have to take care of yourself to be a better wife and mother. We can do this!
