Itís time to find a new goal!

I did it again!

I am very happy to announce that this past weekend I pass my Fit to Fight!

My new goal now is to score a 90 or above so that I will only have to take it once a year!

My Program:
Monday threw Thursday I do a least 30 minutes in the morning on the Wii Fit.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday I work on my push-up, sit-ups.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and/or Sunday I run at least a 1.5 miles on a treadmill. Then walk for at least 20 minutes.

At least six times a week my meals are vegetarian.


Personal Information:
I stand 5'10" so I carry my weight well, but I am still over weight.

I don't smoke
I don't drink sodas
