My Goals:
I want to lose 100 pounds in one year. I and a friend I have known 49 years and one I have known 42 years are going on a special trip in 2010. I would really like to lose 75 to 100 pounds before the trip. My legs go numb after I stand for a while and it is scaring me.

My Program:
I have started the weight watch points program and exercise on a cycle I can paddle while working at my computer. I need weight lose buddy.

Don't get stressed about losing the weight my friend. Slow and steady is what does it. You are doing great with your workout. You do more crunches than I do! emoticon
So don't worry. Just make sure you keep drinking water, watch your diet, do more cardio and leave that scale alone for a while! Weigh your self one more time and then put it up for 2-3 weeks, then weigh yourself again. Don't let those numbers get you down. You get the numbers down!
And I am always here for you, so if you want to vent, shoot me a email and let loose! But don't give up. Plus I am not going to let you! emoticon

So let this be day one and let's start over. ok?

200 Toe Touches with 10lb dumbbells
100 Standing Knee Lifts with 10 Dumbbell
180 Arm Curls with 10lb dumbbells
100 Kneeling Resistance Band Crunch
