Thanks to all of my well wishers!! Don't spend that much time on this site, but I do love to read the entries of others!! I find that tracking my calories in my little black book easier to maintain. I gained a couple pounds during the holidays, and have now got them off. At work, I have added stairs in my walk. I include 3 sets of 26 steps in my walk. my goal is to add a set until I am up to 10 sets. Got to watch my heart rate though, and not add too fast!! 2446 days ago
