I am Sue, and I am struggling! I was doing really well after starting SP, but somehow I veered off course and eventually lost all motivation. I am now looking for that motivation again. I want to get back on track, to lose the weight that I gained back and then worry about the rest.
I have to take baby steps back. I know I can not just jump back into it, this is starting over. I remember the steps, I know what I am supposed to do.. now to take the steps to get there.
Goals for May:
As of today, May 9th, 2010, I am a non-smoker.
Drink more water and get the soda out of my diet!
1 year into SP & more than 40 lbs later.. I have definately learned to eat healthier. Still struggling with getting the exercise in. But definately more than I ever got before!
My name is Susan and I'm from Wisconsin. The long cold winters don't do a lot for outdoor activity.
I'm going to have to use the fitness tracker to get some inside motivation.
