I am Sue, and I am struggling! I was doing really well after starting SP, but somehow I veered off course and eventually lost all motivation. I am now looking for that motivation again. I want to get back on track, to lose the weight that I gained back and then worry about the rest.

As of today, May 9th, 2010, I am a non-smoker.

Drink more water and get the soda out of my diet!

My Program:
1 year into SP & more than 40 lbs later.. I have definately learned to eat healthier. Still struggling with getting the exercise in. But definately more than I ever got before!

Personal Information:
My name is Susan and I'm from Wisconsin. The long cold winters don't do a lot for outdoor activity.

I'm going to have to use the fitness tracker to get some inside motivation.

Hey stranger!!! I'm back!!! How have you been?? How was your 2009? When you get a chance, stop by my page and read up a bit. It explains my 2009 and why I haven't been here. UGH! What a mistake!
