Hi, my sparkpage is a work in progress, just like me. I joined SparkPeople more than a year ago, I think, but never did anything with it. I recently "found" it again, and I'm kicking myself now. What a wonderful resource! My weightloss goal is to lose about 50 lbs., but my life goal is to be strong and healthy. It will take awhile, but I'm finally determined not to quit when things get tough, and to continue if I do have occasional back slides.

My Goals:

My Program:
I see a personal trainer every 6-7 weeks (expensive, but worth every penny!), I work out at least 4 days a week, I've been trying to add more veggies and fruits to my diet while taking out the cookies, chips, etc (at least most of them)
