    emoticon to being an "active" Sparkperson. I've been a Sparker for quite some time now and co-lead one team (Positive Sparkers). With the help of SparkPeople (and its supportive members), I've done pretty well losing weight (with occasional bumps in the road..currently relosing some pounds added with meds and some physical issues). For myself, I do best when active on SP. No judgments allowed here. We are all in this together. Feel free to ask me anything, check out my spark page or my team. Enjoy the journey, you can do this!

    Check in on the teams. That is by far the best motivation there is. You can join the 20-somethings trying to lose betweem 10 and 49 pounds.

    There are tons of groups out there, so just be sure to search using keywords and see what you can Find! Good luck and WELCOME!
