to being an "active" Sparkperson. I've been a Sparker for quite some time now and co-lead one team (Positive Sparkers). With the help of SparkPeople (and its supportive members), I've done pretty well losing weight (with occasional bumps in the road..currently relosing some pounds added with meds and some physical issues).
