Weight loss is only part of the overall commitment I've made to getting healthy. One first part was huge when 8 years ago I found I was gluten intolerant. Now I need to find a balance between mainintaing a gluten free diet and getting to a healthy weight.

My Goals:
My Goals:
Get to a weight that is healty for me -- 146 lbs by November 21st That is my husband's birthday and what a great gift it will be for both of us.

I just started a new job as an event planner, based out of my home. My goal is to gain one additional client per month for the next 7 months.

My Program:
My Program:
* low fat or no fat foods
* No diet food
* Use fresh produce, spices and herbs in my cooking
* Give myself permission to have occassional treats within the nutritional tracker limit.
* Eat gluten free and lactose-free products

* Around 1400 calories 4 days a week when doing cardio
* Around 1200 calories 3 days a week when no cardio
* 8 glasses of water per day
* Fruits/veggies every day
* Mall walking 4 x per week (with or without hubby)
* Do Wii fit (and have fun with it) 5 x week
* Enjoy the successes I am making each day.


Other Information:
Accept that some days you are the pigeon and some days the statue.
