Third times a charm!
I'm a 50ish mom of 3 furry "kids" and I have a full-time job. My ideal diet is low-carb, low-fat vegetarian, although I eat meat on special occasions and sweets way too often. Spending time on the computer and keeping up with work and housework has taken priority over exercise and watching what I eat. I need to get moving, get stronger, and lose 40 pounds, while maintaining a sense of humor about setbacks.

Track food and exercise, strength training, do a couch to 5K program
Other Information:
After two false starts, I'm ready to get moving again. My weight has been getting out of control, partly because I haven't been able to commit the time to exercise and watch my food intake like I should. My two previous attempts have been learning experiences and they have moved me in the right direction but were not enough. It's time to regroup, recommit, and get fit and healthy.
