Starting Over...
Like many others, I've yo-yo dieted my way through life for some time now. actually for a lot more of it than I'd like to admit. That being said, i just want to make some healthy, long-terms changes that I can live by without feeling as though I'm depriving myself, and I feel like will work for me. Can't wait to actually get going and actually lose the same 5-10 lbs I've been trying to lose for at least the past year, if not longer!

My Goals:
Get down to somewhere between 17 and 19% body fat (currently fluctuating between 21 and 23%) Achieve and maintain a weight between 114 and 116 lbs
My Program:
Cutting out as much sugar (with the exception of fruits and occasionally, dark chocolate) Eating a diet rich in whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and veggies, as well as healthy fats (can't live without avocado, olive oil and PB anyway, yum)

Other Information:
I'm addicted to Zumba...I teach anywhere between 8-11 classes a week on average, and when I'm not teaching and have the time, I attend other classes. I love it!! :)
