Getting back on track!!!
Welcome. I have joined spark people to help better myself. I want to loose weight and be able to keep up with my three year old. He is a very active boy and loves running around outdoors. I want to be healthier and live longer so I am hoping spark people will be able to help keep me motivated. I got off track for the past five months. Welcome. I have joined spark people to help better myself. I want to loose weight and be able to keep up with my three year old. He is a very active boy and loves running around outdoors. I want to be healthier and live longer so I am hoping spark people will be able to help keep me motivated. I got off track for the past five months. I have been eating like crazy and not exercising at all. My husband and I are getting a divorce and I just felt like giving up. I am glad I am on my own now but I did not realize how hard it would be. My son is having a hard time and that is even more reason for me to get healthy to be there for him. He needs me now more than anything. His dad keeps telling him that I don't want to be with them and that is why I left. I have my son through the week but sometimes that still doesn't feel like enough. I work two jobs and am always exhausted. April 4, 2009 : I no longer work two jobs and have definitely noticed that I have more energy now. I can actually keep up with my son when we are walking. Before I was just too tired most of the time to even try a walk. We are getting along much better than we were a few months ago. It is amazing what warmer weather can do for you. December 7, 2009 : Ok now I have something else affecting my health. I have been having severe pains in my stomach and they can't figure out what is causing them. They have put me on a serious diet. I am not aloud to have milk products, caffiene, anything greasy and no foods with acid. I am having a horrible time finding something to eat. I guess that is one way to loose weight but I don't recommend it. March 9, 2010 : Well I had surgery on February 15th and had my galbladder removed. I am feeling much better and even went for a walk today. I was so tired all the time and in the past month I have noticed a big difference. I am still following some of the stricker diet but as my choice not anyone else's. Now that the sun is showing more my son and I will have to get out and walk more. It should help a bunch. It is how I lost the weight before and I will do it again. September 20, 2011 I have fallen off again. I will get back on track. I need support. I have to have someone to help me keep going.

My Program:
I am currently watching what I eat and trying to walk each day either on my lunch break or after work. My son and I go for walks not that it is warmer in the evenings.
