Hi Stephanie! I'm taking a veggie tray to the Super Bowl emoticon and instead of ranch, I got the Hidden Valley dips packet to mix with non-fat sour cream. I use the container that looks like a cow and even my VERY picky husband will eat it! It's way lower in fat and calories than even the low fat ranch, but it's tasty. I'm sure I'm going to eat some not-so-good for me things today, but I'm just going to track them (even if I go over) so that I can pay attention to the foods I'm eating. I'm also starting my day out with a 3-mile walk this morning to jump start that metabolism. Good luck at your parties!! emoticon

Hey lady!! ST is a Workout but boy does it work! It seriously helps the process go much faster!! Keep it up! Twice a week at least and you will see results! WOO HOO!! So proud of you for setting back into it, you're gonna do great! emoticon
