Positive Change

My name is Samantha. I am a 19 year old women. I have some extra weight sticking around for a couple years. Right now I am like 152lbs (as of Aug 22nd 2011) . I am wanting to lose 32lbs by November 30th 2011. I live in Canadian and in a small city in the middle of now where, lol.
I have recently got rid of some of the negative things in my life and I am wanting to make a positive change in my life. I have great friends that support me through everything and are there when I need them . ...

Some of the goals I have are:
Drink at least five glasses of water a day
Don't drink pop during the work week
Don't get take out on a weekday
Protein shake every weekday morning
take my fat burners twice a day
Exercise atleast three times a week
Try a new recipe once a week
