emoticon I was a lady trucker in the 70' did not have any facities for the ladies then. My husband would set in front of the showers so I could use them. It's a different world out there today. I am a member of the chair exercise group. There are ones for laying down and moving the legs and arms. You can do that in the truck. park away from the food and walk. You have to ask that food is prepared special, without a lot of oil, butter or fat. We can do anything if we want it bad enough.
